Just a quick Botox update. It was a bit brutal tbh. 

About 10 injections in each side of her face. 

She was shocked and upset as were we (none of us had been prepared for what the procedure actually entailed...) 

but it was quick. 

She is such a brave soldier. 

 

 

 

We had a cuddle in the corridor until her colour returned then we whooshed home and she slept a lot but she did also have a seizure. It is too soon to tell how successful it has been as it will take several days to fully work. It feels a bit of a sledgehammer especially as there is no undoing it if it is too much. It can last up to 8 months so hopefully it is going to be a good thing... it's another case of feeling like we have so few options. I'll let you know how she is in a few days x
